The Quality Business Model

1. INTRODUCTION

This Quality Manual demonstrates and documents Ballistic Advantage’s commitment to maintaining a high-level of quality and strong customer service within an environment that has safety, quality and customer service as top priorities and whole heartedly fosters continual improvement.

Since the philosophy of Ballistic Advantage is that quality is an integral part of the entire business operation, hereafter this Quality Manual will be referred to as the Business Operating Manual. The organization has implemented this change and as part of the implementation, the term “Quality Management System” will also be referred to as the Business Management System.

2. CONFORMANCE to STANDARDS

All SAAMI (Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Institute) applicable manufacturing, safety and product specifications subject to ANSI (American National Standards Institute) review.

In addition Ballistic Advantage also complies with all FFL (Federal Firearms Licensing) codes and restrictions under the department of the United States ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms).

3. SEVICES OFFERED

Ballistic Advantage is a producer and manufacturer of precision rifle barrels and replacement parts for the AR 10 and AR 15 platforms. Ballistic Advantage manufactures, inspects and ships its products to OEM’s and performs individual sales over the internet. It is the company’s vision to provide the best AR 15 barrels to the industry and maintain world class customer support.

5. QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS)

Ballistic Advantage has established, documented and implements an effective QMS as a means of ensuring that it’s Management and Manufacturing processes conform to specified requirements, to foster an environment of continual improvement with an eventual goal of achieving perfection, and to identify its position as a leading producer of quality AR barrels and AR 15 replacement parts within the industry.

Ballistic Advantage’s QMS is comprised of the Core and Support Business Processes that take market opportunities and converts them into value added outputs to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations

The criteria and methods required to ensure the effective operation and control of these processes are defined and documented.

The entire QMS documentation and other key information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of the department business processes are available to all department employees, and other parties requiring access, on the quality network.

Appropriate levels and types of monitoring and measurement of core and supplemental processes have been determined and are documented in relevant policies and procedures.

The QMS includes policies and procedures for implementation of actions required to achieve planned results, and for continual improvement of the business processes.
